Have you ever tried Magic Hat’s Ravell Porter? It has a much fuller body and taste then Sierra Nevada’s Porter. It’s good stuff, yum. If you’ve never heard of Magic Hat they’re brewers based out of Vermont, USA. Damn Hippies!

ok, this is probably my favorite lighter beer (on the lighter end of the scale) of all time. i actually toured the belgium brewery facilities. totally free tour and you leave feeling pretty good. belgium is probably my favorite micro, but alas i live in utah… where wasatch is where its at.

have you had any of the hopper’s beer? its pretty much the worst stuff next to american beer. i had a hefeweisen today with lunch at red robin from hoppers and it tasted kind of like the cereal ‘total’. awful aftertaste.

I’m no fan of Newcastle Brown (if it wasn’t for the branding, even people in Newcastle wouldn’t drink it), but I think your review is ignorant.

England is responsible for many culinary crimes (Full English Breakfast in a can anyone?), but to infer that Newcastle Brown (and it is your only English beer I can find on your page) is representative of English beer is ridiculous.

Have you ever heard of Burton on Trent? Ever wondered where IPA originated? Ever been curious to find out how and where Barley Wines came about…porter? mild?

Let me know the answer when you’ve finished your next glass of Fosters

It’s nice. It’s not something you want to drink quickly though. It tastes terrible fast but beautiful slow. It seriously has a lot more kick than the 7% would indicate. It’s node hard liquor but it’s more than just a beer.

Yeah, it’s best to avoid any of the following: Michelob, Miller, Bud, Old Milwaukee…and Pabst…however, Pabst has a sort of an ironic, ‘I know this stuff is horrible, but I’m drinking it anyway’ cache…
